    Here's a hypothetical that I don't know if anyone's posed: Had GeoSouthern ran the table and been the highest ranked "G5" team, do they get that waiver or does the NCAA stick to the transition rule?

    South Alabama has called a 1 PM press conference tomorrow.

    I'm guessing for a bowl announcement.

    If that were the case, I think the powers that be would figure a way to keep them from being the highest rated. Problem solved.

    I was rooting for TXST, but it all boils down to $. Maybe the stars will align for them and they get a nod someone else.
