Have to give it up for HUD, coaches, and players! First half was ugly, and they made adjustments and kept fighting. Congratulations on a hard fought win!

It's not like the criticism against Broadway wasn't warranted (that is who you were talking about, right??). I just get sick of seeing him as the poster child for everything that's wrong with this team. To hear some say it, he's the only thing holding us back from being a top 25 program, which is just ridiculous.
This was a huge win for the program. It was one of the best in game half time performances by this staff they've ever had. It was the most impressive second half after a pretty miserable first half a defense could play. I sure hope this doesn't mean the team thinks they can take their bowl game off or they'll end up being completely embarrassed by some as of yet unknown foe.

If you haven't read this column (yes, I know there's another thread for it), then do so. There is so much truth there. Luke nailed it, from the overhyped expectations in the beginning, to the disastrous start and the 7-1 finish to the season.
Think about that. For all of the problems this team's had, it finished by winning seven of its last eight games. I don't care whom you're playing, that's good sauce right there.
Great win today. Let's defend NOLA next month!
@TDARaginCajuns: UL coach Mark Hudspeth on slowing down Troy's pass game in the second half: "We played more man coverage."
Man coverage...Imagine that
