Reality is there's definitely a chance we can win this game. You better believe that Coach Bustle and the players are going into this game looking for a win and playing for a win.
In my book, the most realistic scenario is that we score one or two touchdowns (don't care what LSU does). If we can get through this game with no injuries, even better.
Just for ______s and giggles, here's my predict:
LSU - 38
UL - 14
Who wins doesn't matter to me, as long as we cover 24 points. I have a bet with a guy at work. He gave me 24 points and the loser wear the other teams hat and shirt for the golf tournament at our conference in March.
I already lost one bet during baseball and softball season and have to wear purple at the next staff meeting.
funny, I don't remember starting this thread, but I do remember predicting the score before one snap took place. My guess has swung a little bit from preseason, I am going something like LSU 31-UL 17. I think UL covers the spread.....
This is the best UL squad that I have seen in a while, and one of the sorriest tiger squads I have seen in a while. If UL catches the tigers uninspired like last week, it will be interesting.
Oh by the way we are big tiger fans as well as UL fans. I asked my wife last night (UL Alumni) who she will be pulling for. She told me tigers because she thought they had the best chance of doing something after this game. I can't disagree with her statement, but I will say this, whoever wins I will be happy for. I love both teams. If UL does pull the David type of win over Goliath I think they have a chance of doing something real good this year.
We shall see.
Heart says - Albrecht does it again - Cajuns Win 24-21
Head says - differently
