I understand taking your helmet off during the play, but this was a hands to the face when his helmet got knocked off and he continued to play. Somehow that is a personal foul on him?

The only time an opposing QB is ineffective is when Dline is held at bay. Also, gross rule about the helmet coming off. That penalty was absurd on 3rd
