Last game is Troy on the 29th... Glad facts are on point.
The fact is this bowl makes a LOT of money with UL attending which is outstanding publicity for them. Plus UL gets to flex it's muscles as an up & coming player in the new world order of college sports by having a chance to set yet even another New Orleans Bowl attendance record. This combined with all new football, & wieght facilities, new baseball digs, & a continuing ramping up of the RCAF, corporate sponsorships, & season ticket holder increases make UL a MAJOR player in the next round of conference affiliation musical chairs.
I think he wrote "last home game"... which is correct.
----Man would I love to recruit with our going to the NO Bowl again---Can you imagine a recruit that comes to the game from Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and sees this compared to the other schools offering----other than the SEC no other school in the areas can compare to it!!!
Then you tell them about all the Bowls that have offered and just say that the fans love to do this gig and it obviously shows!!! What a great time to be a Cajun fan!!!
