After a week to prepare, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns soccer team treks east to Mobile, Alabama, for the Sun Belt Conference Championships, Nov. 5-9, at The Cage on the campus of the University of South Alabama.

Cajuns look good, just not getting the shots on goal that they need. They are moving the ball into Troy's side of the field with players open. Just not getting the ball to the open player. I know nothing about soccer just my observation.

We need to get a win here. Needless to say it is South Al's title to lose. They make up about half of the Sun Belt All Conference team. Most of them are freshman.

A strike by Alissa Jones 13 minutes into the second half lifted No. 2 seed Troy to a 1-0 victory over the No. 7 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns soccer team Wednesday afternoon in the Sun Belt Conference Quarterfinals.
