I bet if he were capable of doing check downs and targeted the open receivers that are out there on ever play he may gain confidence in more of them. To many times it appears that he knows where he's going pre snap and never looks away from that person.

TB is not going to change now. He has many positives and some negatives too, but with only 5 games left (bowl included) we just need for him to do what he does best. His strength is running the ball and rolling out for pass plays that draw in coverage which frees up the receivers. When he throws from the pocket to down field or anywhere past 15 yards, it's pretty much to whoever he had in mind from the get go, and it probably is a ball that is contested by 1 or 2 defenders. That's what I see anyway, and it seems to match with what most have observed.
