Thank you,
My old man is the man and I think I am going to try to get that 60's poster for him. Fantastic poster, are there others or are you able to find more(from the donee) for a later auction?
I would eventually like to decor up my home office with old UL posters.
I know the 100 years book had a ton of pictures in it, but I am unable to locate one.
Hope to see you there
Rev
I will be happy to have more vintage UL football posters at the fund raiser if you would like...we take requests!

Hey Z ----help me--you might be wondering why I am asking this on a K-ology thread------Well I am now putting down my cd of my songs through the years---since I have never had lessons my TIMING is all off ---never knew this was part of the deal---to compound this playing the songs over the years I have been given to Kinesthetic Awareness on the keyboards ---Any suggestions-----BTW my ADD doesn't help but a former UL band dude is great--A real talent that is doing this deal!!!!
I see the picture of Bo. Does anyone remember the Sports Illustrated issue that had Roy Ebron on the cover? SI was picking the Final Four that year and had UCLA, USL and two other teams on the cover with a picture of Ebron. It said that Ebron was the only center in the country who could play with Bill Walton and with Lamar and our depth, we could contend. At least, that is how I remember it. I haven't looked at the article in years, but still have it somewhere. I believe that year we were upset by either Kansas State or NMSU.
If anyone is interesting in owning these, they will be for auction at our KPA Event this oct 15th at the UL alumni House. Portions of the proceeds will go to Miles Perret Cancer Services
feel free to email me with questions or ticket information

What is the Maxwell Award
From Wikipedia:
The Maxwell Award is presented annually to the collegiate American football player judged by a panel of sportscasters, sportswriters, and National Collegiate Athletic Association head coaches and the membership of the Maxwell Football Club to be the best in the United States. The award is named for Robert W. Maxwell, a college football player, coach and sportswriter. Tim Tebow and John Lattner are the only two players to win the award twice.
we are trying to be the first chapter of the maxwell football club outside of Penn. We would have the Acadiana Chapter of the Maxwell Football Club.
if you would like to join go to www.ull.edu/kpa and click on the maxwell logo
Thanks!!!
