The FTC has announced that it was filed suit against AT&T in regards to its throttling of data (sometimes up to 90 percent) on unlimited data accounts. If you’re an AT&T mobile subscriber with unlimited data you know that once you’ve used a certain amount of data during a billing cycle that the carrier throttles your data.
