Thread: ESPN BOWL PROJECTIONS

  1. Default ESPN BOWL PROJECTIONS

4 OF UL opponents are projected according to ESPN to be in bowls this year:

    Troy--New Orleans Bowl

    LSU--Outback Bowl

    Nebraska--Pacific Life Bowl

    Kansas State--Insight Bowl

Would be nice to have a 5th team on this list.

    UL--New Orleans Bowl vs Memphis

Troy, then would go to the--Independence Bowl vs La Tech

    UL over Memphis 27-14
    Troy over La Tech 45-13

SBC goes 2-0 in bowls, who is with me!!!!!

    Me?

That was purely tongue in cheek. On the heels of Coach Dooley's 12-12 record in his first two seasons and a squeaky 7 point bowl win in front of a home crowd, expectations are sky high at LaTe(x) about the upcoming season. The team must be BCS bowl material.

One way or the other it will be interesting to see how it all pans out.

Well, some fans are that way, huh. Tech to the Rose, the Cajuns 12-0, and McNeese to the FCS title game. Hope abounds and life is sweet in Louisiana in early August. Hell, life is sweet here most times even if it is Louisiana.

I have more simple hopes. I just want my QB to be able to pick up a secondary reciever on occassion.
