Thanks for posting this Mike. I hope the CAJUNS can finish with at least 7 to 8 wins this year. Like always, a lot's going to depend on keeping the team as healthy as posible throughout the season.
I believe he is correct with the DL but my concern is how well they've improved in their pass rush skills. We rarely get to the QB with our front 4 alone and they need to get better so they can take the pressure off of the secondary and allow the LB's to protect underneath.
I have a question:
Is it rare to find a person who can kick a touchback? I'm not talking about a great fieldgoal kicker with accuracy, as I understand that is not easy.
But it seems Bustle could just invite every UL soccer player to a kick try out and see which one can boot it to at least past the 5 yard line.
I do know for a fact Bustle has asked a few UL soccer players to try out, so maybe touchback kickers are scarcer than I thought?
Coach Bustle said he watched several bowl games and noticed few kickers get it to the goal line. Most of the good ones get it to the five. His concern is getting it past the 10. I agree we should have a tryout open to all students on campus in an attempt to find someone who can do this.
