Website seems to be having some issues. I'm just presented with the Advertiser footer and header, no content.

I tried to search for his profile on rivals and scout but was unsuccessful. Do you know his measurables? What about any other offers? I read an article that did mention he was an all-district honoree as a junior at BBHS.

He has a profile with Scout, I set it up after he came to the prospect camp on June 7th.

    Patt Has Early Offer

Treverance Patt is been part of a very good defense at Breaux Bridge High over the past few seasons. The Cajun football staff has had an eye on Patt since his junior year and has offered him at the cornerback position.

The name Treverance Patt isn’t well known outside of the Lafayette area, but the 5-11, 165-pound defensive back is known by coaches throughout district 5-4A. Patt began his climb to college football prospect during his sophomore year when he was inserted into the struggling secondary as a starter and made an immediate impact. Treverance has since earned the reputation as a hard hitter and fierce competitor. During Breaux Bridges recent spring scrimmage against Lafayette High; Treverance came up with a tremendous hit on a wide receiver, knocking him completely unconscious.

“I enjoy coming out and playing physical,” Patt stated. “I want my opponent to know if he catches the ball, he had better have his head on the swivel because I’m going to put a lick on him.”

Treverance recently received his first scholarship offer from the Ragin’Cajuns.

“Coach Brown told me he really wanted me to be part of the program,” said Treverance.” “They offered me and feel I can come in and compete right away; it’s great to have that first offer in hand.”

Does it matter make a difference to Treverance Patt that his possible future position coach played in the NFL?

“Anytime a guy that has played in the NFL like Coach Brown talks, you are going to listen,” sated Patt. “It’s obvious that playing under a coach with his knowledge will help you develop the skills to play college football”

Patt attended the Cajun prospect camp on June 7th and ran 4.53 in forty.

“It wasn’t the fastest time I’ve ran this year,” he said. “I ran a 4.45 during the spring, so I know my forty times are better then what I showed. But I think overall I did well at the camp, showing them my coverage skills in the one-on-one and seven-on-seven drills.”

Treverance has several other camps planned this summer; when does he want to make a decision on his college destination?

“I’m headed to Louisiana Tech’s camp in Ruston next,” said Pratt. “UL would like me to commit right now, but I’m not ready yet to make a decision. It may be August before I can really think about committing.

Thanks for the info. Maybe I mispelled his name during my search on Scout. Sounds like a good prospect and I'm glad they offered before Tech did. Good height, good speed, and will put on a few more pounds. 5'11 cornerbacks with 4.4/4.5 speed is a great combo.

this guy looks like the real deal. key part of a very, very swift breaux bridge defense. this is one player whose 40-yard dash times are not exagerrated. geaux cajuns.

I'm extremely happy to see that it appears we're going to get him. He was one of those guys I truly didn't know if we had a chance at. He could provide some solid depth to go with Bentley, Aurienne, Gillis and Jackson
