Looked at it today and the completed part looks great---Are they doing the entire inside fence area---I would doubt it------The next athletic expense could be to use the area assigned for intramurals to be a huge athletic housing with plush areas for a swimming pool and cafateria and maybe study hall rooms with a computer libray next to it!!!! This would put the jocks in the middle of the 2 campi and an easy ride on Fun's elevated Cajun cars!!!

It's too bad they can't get guidry's iron works or someone to put a nice fence around the lot.. instead of just painting the chainlink fence.. one like the 'dormant' fenced in area behind the sorority houses.. that fence is very nice looking..

That has been talked about for years, actually since Gerald Hebert came in. But $$$ always became an issue.

We have several ironwords in the area. They should contact all of them and have a joint efffort to make this happen. That's a big project but you could make it a small one if all of them contribute.

The memory lapse is due to you having berthed in WV. Its one of the states which is not too bad to travel through, but is not a desired overnite stop...been there, haven't been back. Cheer up! A couple of days in Cajunland and you will be back to normal, whatever that means.

and it would be great advertising for the company!...If I cost 400,000 dollars to pave a dang parking lot, it seems like they could come up with some extra to fence the area and do it right that would last a long time.. I wonder who did the area behind the sorority houses and how much that cost... they aren't even using that area.. what a waste..
