Bob Rule from San Diego, CA wore #55 from 1975 and 1976. Bob came in first wave of the JC invasion in the spring of 1974. He was big athletic linebacker and it is my understanding he went to the San Francisco 49ers as a free agent and made it to one of the last cuts.
