We laid an egg against tech. That's a fact. We play the game we did tonight against ole miss and boise and we probably still lose those games. Realistically we should have been 2-2 out of conference. We were 1-3 with a mediocre conference slate ahead of us. We have a chance to make a run and should be a toss up or favored against everyone we play the rest of the season. All the doom and gloom was premature.

The doom and gloom had less to do with results and more to do with appearance. I can handle 1-3, 2-2 etc…. but the way they played in the first 4 games (including the win over Southern) was uninspiring to put it gently… Speaking of Strength of Schedule, has anyone looked at Georgia Southern's schedule? Can it get any more cupcake than that? Not only do they get exempt from playing the top 2 teams in the league, but their toughest opponent this season is Georgia Tech. Must be nice...

I saw that too. They have 4 conference wins already and not a lot of challenges in front of them.
