I figured you probably knew Coach Altobello. Sad news; he was a legend in New Orleans prep sports.

What a great coach---went round and round with him as a Blue Jay---He was an alumnus of Loyola and played on the same team with Bob Segura who was an Olympic tryout and won 7 State Championships at Erath High and my neighbor--I think that Coach Mac from Hanson also played on that team as well as Big Jim McCaferty who went on to coach Loyola and the AD of Xavier (not NO)!!

Hate to be picky Boomer, but Coach Segura won 9 consecutive State Championships. I think that is still a National record.
