played a round today.. Had the yeeps, and I thought about the consultant hire on the way home. I'll agree, sometimes a different point of few (ie a buddy critiquing your backswing rather than a coach telling you to focus forward) can sometimes massage new ideas into existence. Change focus, or provide an Ah ha moment. Not usually, but sometimes..

According to HUD, he will not be hands on with the players, simply another set of eyes and another voice in the coaches room. He will be here through the season and as I Suspected was involved with the game plan for Georgia state. We actually ran a 3-2-6 at 1 point with no ILB's just 2 OLB's. HUD told willis this is in no way a guy coming to replace you. I have no problem with it if the staff can make it work. If HUD is helping out a friend who can help us out at the same time, I'm all for it.
This is the 1st step in moving Willis out and to hiring a new DC.
