Nebraska's athletic department has announced the Cornhuskers' first three home games of the season will be telecast on a pay-per-view basis.
Fox Sports Net will produce the pay-per-view telecasts for those three games. Details will be forthcoming in the next several weeks. Cost of Nebraska games on pay-per-view last season was $29.95 per game.
Here are the Cornhuskers' three pay-per-view games
Sept. 5 Florida Atlantic 6 p.m.
Sept. 12 Arkansas State 1 p.m.
Sept. 26 Louisiana 6 p.m.
These moves of games to a pay-per-game telecast are significant for a couple of reasons. It means that the majority of Nebraska early-season games again will be available only if fans pay for privilege of watching them.
