    Default location needed for filming

    howdy fellas.

i have been scouting locations for some time for the film and decided this may be a good place to group think it out loud so to speak. I have a punch list of locations we need but for now i'll focus on one at a time until we get something do able. feel free to pm me or email me at douglas@nerdpictures.net if you have access to something or know someone who does. So here goes.

    loc#1-diner/restaurant interior.

looking for something that can replicate or represent the inside of Piccadilly in the oil center circa 1966. We can use the exterior of the Piccadilly but shooting inside is a 100% no. Shooting will take about two hours and we could even do it before or after hours of operation. I don't think we are going to use any actors rather just capture the ambiance of the restaurant in an artistic sense. Again it doesn't have to visually match the inside of Piccadilly just visually convey the idea "we are in a place that you sit down and eat in 1966".

Note the folks who own Judice Inn are Cajun fans and have been for a long time. Place today looks like it did in the 60's.

How about Don's Downtown? My uncle helps run the place.

One of the Piccadilly in baton rouge just closed. Could you use one that is not open or in use?

Who told you no? Or is it a technical issue of some kind? Just asking because I have family in a high corporate position in Piccadilly [nationally, not local].
