He didn't play in UL's previous game, a loss at Boise State. He didn't play in the one before all that, either, a blowout loss at nationally ranked Ole Miss.

Yall can talk about Nixon all day, but to me Haack is the heir apparent. The offense must shift more towards the passing game with him at the helm, but to me that would be a great thing.
Maybe a little lucky but he gave him a chance to catch the ball. He went 4 for 4 and he throws a really nice ball and lucky also. I like it.
Im just hoping Hud is slowly getting him into the game and building his confidence placing him into the best position for success. No doubt Haack has improved and with his showing last night he will continue to grow. His movement against the rush was stellar and he showed a poise that I have not seen since Jake .I realize it was small sample size but its obvious that Hud is planning on using him more
