I could easily see a situation where she could have bruises from an altercation but it could be from her trying to strike him and him defending himself. Granted, the actions he takes to defend himself against a woman should be measured, not a knockout punch like that delivered by Ray Rice.
----OK Why not another angle----Will the charges effect the outcome of the election??? LOL

correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't he already suspended from the team for academic reasons and on his was back to Florida anyway before this happened. if so does it really matter what the outcome of this case is in regards to the team?

I don't know if he was in Florida but he wasn't suspended from the team, he had just been obviously held out of games due to eligibility issues.

I guess it's more like "what's taking so long for this video?" Because it sounds like this is a pretty cut and dry situation. He mentioned from day 1 he did not punch her and that this video will exonerate him. If they find this video, then he's either NG or G. Most important thing for them right now is to find the video.

From what we understand, they have the video but again, very few things are black and white. The police have to go through it and decide if they want to file charges and then it needs to be send to the D.A.'s office for their review to make sure the charges will stand. Unfortunately, its not a process that moves extremely fast.
