Ricky, let me be clear because you have habit of going IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) on this website almost daily. You have a young man that claims the video will vindicate him. Now I don’t know about you, but if someone is making that claim to others then the video will either give his story some credence or show him to be a complete liar. Now in that respect ,the video is key. What I did not say is he is innocent, or the video is the only evidence that is important. In fact, unlike you and others that haven’t read the police report or watched the video, I’m not pronouncing guilt or innocence. I have no idea until someone from the DA’s office decides to come out and discuss the evidence on the record. So excuse me if I don’t join you in lecturing people about their wives and daughters because I’ve concluded he is guilty and have found the best tree at Cajun Field to hang the freaking kid!

fellas , remember that probable cause (50% plus 1) is all that is needed for an arrest. The video might not have been available at time of incident. If it clearly exonerates him, the DA WILL drop the charges. If he is guilty, may he get spanked. If he is innocent, let him resume his life and hope he learns from this incident

They all were suspended, then cook owned up to the plants being his I believe and they were reinstated and cook was dismissed. They were all roommates.

No cook being kicked off was a completely different reason...the guy in this incident name was Chris (something) He was #20.....a safety from destrahan I think....I think cook was stealing from teammates... That why he was kicked off

WTF happened to innocent till proven guilty? Also I sure hope all you people that are piling up on the kid have NEVER had one beer then driven home from from a Cajun Football game, baseball game, dinner, a party or even gone to the store for something at night after you've had a few....leave the kid alone already and let this run it's course.
