Big, strong and physical running back from Dutchtown. I think the one thing holding him back from a BCS school like LSU is his grades and/or ACT score. He may not qualify if my understanding of him is true.

That's him. Many of the school's he is considering have had good recruiting classes at that position. My question is why not come to UL? You are almost guaranteed to start on a team that has been one of the nation's best running teams the past 5 years and playing for UL wouldn't hinder your NFL dreams like sitting on the bench for several years would.

Aint got a clue. I know that was the big question mark for him though. It would be a shame for this kid to not become eligible. Cajun T would probably be the person to answer the insider questions.

If the kid is considering us, it is likely that he will come in paying his own way in Year 1 as an athlete ineligible to play in Year 1.

Maybe the breaking news on the big scandal at Alabummer scared him. LOL!

It's possible he didn't qualify and can't enroll on scholarship.

IMO if Eddie Lacy enrolled and played for the Cajuns, he would be the highest rated and most heavily recruited player to have played for the Cajuns in a real long time. I hope he enrolls and gets his studies in order. Cajun T may have a different take on this but had his grades been in order, he could have signed with anyone in the country out of high school.
