This is assuming these guys are still of playing age.

I think Louis is the only one still playing.

Don Parsons is still playing in the IHL ( I thought that league folded ). I'm sure you are aware of this web site but if not here it is http://www.hockeydb.com/

I will never forget a game I went to in Mobile and it was like 7-0 Mystics. Facing a 2 hour drive home I left early in the 2nd period. Much to my surprise when I got home it was still going on and the Gators won 8-7! Don Parsons was a big reason for the comeback. I would love to see him or Jay Murphy back.

I wonder what the SPHL rules are on veterans. If memory serves you could only have a few in the ECHL. I think fans love following and getting to know players. At least I know I do. I hope it allows players to stick around their teams more.

Yea the lower the league, the less rules on veterans, seeing as they are further away from the NHL. Actually, there are probably no restrictions on vets.

Teams are allowed 3 vets in the SPHL.

What determines if a player is a veteran or not?

I used to know such things, but I've been away from it too long!

Chris Valicevic seems to be extremely popular. He isn't a spring chicken at 40. I wonder if he still lives in the Acadiana area? It would be cool to have him back on the ice.
