Maybe UL would have a few more wins under their belt had they created an athletic fund 20+ years ago similar to the TAF. It seems as if your athletic department has finally seen the light!

Maybe we should have stopped depending on the state a long time ago and created a RCAF when athletics started to blow up. Most of our troubles are self-induced so lets please stop blaming everybody but ourselves for our position.

Yes, b/c it is all LSU's fault that UL has not won an outright conference championship since it became a member of major college football division in '82.

While LSU had six straight losing seasons in football, it still managed prevented UL from going to a bowl game or entering a major conference.

Nothing in the current state of UL football has anything to do with lack of fan support or failure of coaching or lack of good recruiting, etc..

Wouldn't that make the greatest season ticket commercial ever, have coach Bustle and a couple of other coaches with stop watches timing guys on how fast they cheered and the evenness of their facepaint. Then go up to him and offer him a chance to sign a letter of intent to be a Ragin Cajun Fan. Hopefully it wouldn't be as corny as the Hampton commercials.

A couple of my UL buddies use to tell me about this car commercial (I think it was Hampton) with Bustle doing the robot? They said it was hillarious, but I never once got to see it.

OH would you please stop worrying about LSU. Everything is their fault UL L can't win because of LSU. LSU stays up nights trying to find ways to screw over the Cajuns come on they could care less. You sound like criminals who when caught or convicted blame their problems on everyone but themselves. The problem at UL are too many people and I mean money people who want to run the show but know nothing about athletics. They want to be the coach or athletic director and they don't know jack. The need is an administration that will stand up and say we appreciate the support but day to day operations of the sports has to be by the coaches and no one else. But please stop saying LSU is causing the Cajuns losing because right now we don't seem to need any help in that area.
