It looks like Microsoft is planning to launch its new Insider Program as early as next week, according to Neowin. Screenshots leaked from what appears to be the preview website for the Windows Technical Preview reveal what the Insider Program actually is, being a program for enthusiasts to "get the latest preview builds as soon as their available."
