It looks like a third (perhaps fifth) grader with a cursory knowledge of photoshop made it. With cool, rippling muscles, a poorly proportioned body, and a complete lack of nipples. If some graphic design company did this, than it really sucks hard. Unless you just did this in your spare time, in which case I would apologize for being overly harsh. Stick with the original, why mess with success.
