Thread: UL and Cleco Bring Alternative Energy Center To Acadiana

  1. Default UL and Cleco Bring Alternative Energy Center To Acadiana

Cleco and UL are teaming up to bring alternative energy to Acadiana. On Tuesday, the two opened the Cleco Alternative Energy Center in the University of Louisiana Energy Development Complex in Crowley. Not only will the facility create renewable energy sources, it will also be a hub for research.

John Pippins, III is already wearing his hard hat. He's a junior at UL, majoring in chemical engineering. He's ready to spark ideas at the new alternative energy center.
