They probably arent throwing Brentz according to Jay's blog. His shoulder is giving him trouble

I can't really see FAU beating Middle today, although the Raiders have serious pitching issues now. Doesn't look like we'll see Bryce Brentz in the tournament on the mound. He's got shoulder issues and got rocked his last couple of starts. That's why you didn't see him yesterday. Middle's pitching is very ordinary now and they'll have to hit their way to the finals. They are very capable of doing that.

With Brentz out they don't have a lot left.

Stoltz played one inning in the game this morning and didn't look real good. He gave up 2 hits, 2 runs, and walked a few.

He might be able to throw a little this afternoon but that is probably asking a lot. Wilson is the only starter of note they have left that hasn't thrown. Wilson has an ERA of 4.89 and has a record of 3-2.

After that they only have four more arms that haven't thrown and they are all pretty ugly in the stats.

I think we see Wilson and if we can get to him it should be a slugfest afterwards.

The kid you are talking about is batting .483 with 27 home runs...not to mention his .976 SLG%...he's a player!

He is part of their weekend rotation with a record of 5-3 and an era of 4.90 although he has struggled of late with shoulder trouble...I doubt we will see him this weekend...

I'm hoping Brentz can go, but I guess our HC is holding him to let him rest his arm for the NCAA's.

We need a couple of homers out of Bryce today to beat ya'll.

We have just one homer in 3 games, so far.

MT has 16 losses this season, and 25% of our losses are to the Cajuns

Would ya'll please play like some of your other games, against us, just once ?

I think that Les guy is mad at MT for not recruiting him (I don't know whether we did, or not). He has torn us a new one. Bet Steve Peterson wishes he has him now.
