I'm thinking if a JC recruit is riding the bench, you made a recruiting mistake greater than if a HS recruited Junior is doing the same.

Agree, and he also stated you have to recruit 2 to get one that works out. That is only a 50% success rate with JCs compared to about a 75 percent rate with HS athletes.
