The following schools should be made into JUCOs or just dumped: ULM, Northwestern, UNO, Nichols, Loyola and either Grambling or Southern. If I missed any others besides the keepers above, dump them too. _

We need 3 major state Schools---LSU UL and Tech A geographical under class would allow Tech to have ULM, NSU, Southern of S, LSUS and Grambling under it------UL would have Nichols, McNeese, LSUA and LSUE---LSU would have Southern UNO SLC and S-NO under it---makes too much sense!!!!
