Elfrid Payton, Aaron Gordon an intriguing duo for Orlando Magic

Gordon really struggled during the Orlando Pro Summer League but Payton was one of the best players there. Payton should be able to make an impact fairly quickly while it is going to take Gordon quite a big of time.

Payton put up 19.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 2.3 steals per game and shot 50.0% from the floor, but just 25.9% from beyond the arc and 59.0% from the free throw line. He measured in at 6’3.75 and 185 lbs. with a wingspan of 6’8 at the NBA’s Scouting Combine.
