Thanks for asking...we are going to have a student meeting tomorrow night and hopefully have a plan in place tomorrow. I really hope we can find a sponsor to help promote the event...The George Rodrigue Framed Print Is done no justice unless seen in person. 8-)

The KPA Online Auction will conclude with a live open house event at Bourgeois Hall (225 Cajundome Blvd. Lafayette, La. 70506) Sat May 2nd from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Winning bidders will then have a chance to pay and pickup items after the 3:00 pm closing. We are still working on after party plans. I hope to have that announced soon.

WE WILL ALSO HAVE LIVE ITEMS TO VIEW THIS SATURDAY AT WOW (River Ranch) for the Saints Draft Party. If there are specific items you would like to see please let us know and we will try and make it happen.

Come View All Items Before the Auction Ends !!!

Have a chance to view and continue to bid on items in person as we prepare for a busy day!

We will update the Bid Leaders up to the minute on May 2nd as you will be able to meet all of us and ask any questions you have about the items, KPA, or UL in general!

The auction will conclude at 3:00pm. If you happen to be present and are the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction, you may pay right then and there and take your item with you!

Anyone that attends will be able to email their bids at Bourgeois if they wish. The bids will be then updated all day to give eveyone a chance, (at least every 30 mins, at most every 5 minutes).

We have committees set in place. One committee will update the bids constantly.
The FINAL WINNING BID will be the highest bid sent to our e-mail at 3:00pm. So it will be well documented.

If anyone wishes to eye an item/items, we can accomodate by e-mailing or calling anyone that wishes to be alerted if they have been outbid.

This is an opportunity for people to view the items and pick them up. If you are a winning bidder and are NOT able to make it, it will be carefully shipped to you.

1.) Take the LA-3184/AMBASSADOR CAFFERY PKWY exit, EXIT 100.
2.) Turn RIGHT onto LA-3184 S/AMBASSADOR CAFFERY PKWY.
Continue to follow LA-3184 S.
3.) LA-3184 S becomes BERTRAND DR/LA-3025.
4.) Turn LEFT onto W CONGRESS ST.
5.) Turn RIGHT onto CAJUNDOME BLVD.
6.) After turning onto CAJUNDOME BLVD, go forward at the first street light.
7.) Take the first right into the softball parking lot
(If full, take the second right into another parking lot for Bourgeois)
8.) Bourgeois Hall is the building to the left of the softball field


Directions to Bourgeois Hall from Ambassardor Caffrey by Acadiana Mall:

1.) Start out going NORTH on JOHNSTON ST/ US-167 N
Continue to follow US-167 N
2.) Turn LEFT onto CAJUNDOME BLVD
3.) At the street light, make a U-TURN onto CAJUNDOME BLVD.
4.) Take the first right into the softball parking lot
(If full, take the second right into another parking lot for Bourgeois)
5.) Bourgeois Hall is the building to the left of the softball field


Directions to Bourgeois Hall from Evangeline Thrwy:

1.) Turn on and start out going SOUTH on JOHNSTON ST/ US-167 S
Continue to follow US-167 S
2.) Turn Right onto CAJUNDOME BLVD
3.) At the street light, make a U-TURN onto CAJUNDOME BLVD.
4.) Take the first right into the softball parking lot
(If full, take the second right into another parking lot for Bourgeois)
