He can not be an executive Fund Raiser for RCAF under Scott Farmer if it is a 501C. This is the problem behind the scenes, certain people want the university to keep its thumb on RCAF and not separate it. That is a none starter and it shouldn't happen period. In fact, I see no legal way of doing it if RCAF is a separate 501C.
