Why is a discussion about Savannah important to know about Ragin Cajun athletics?

Feel like we are close to having good news about Tigue Moore renovations. There are people working to get it fast tracked. Maybe even as early as after this season. Still working on getting money nailed down so there's nothing to announce right now. Feel good about it and having people step up.

Needs to be under RCAF, IMO. And that has nothing to do with Farmer in particular. I feel that way regardless of who is AD.

Maybe Karl Benson is thinking of adding another program to the Sun-Belt. He might have his eye on Savannah State. Or Ralston College. Or maybe the Savannah School of Message Therapy.

He can not be an executive Fund Raiser for RCAF under Scott Farmer if it is a 501C. This is the problem behind the scenes, certain people want the university to keep its thumb on RCAF and not separate it. That is a none starter and it shouldn't happen period. In fact, I see no legal way of doing it if RCAF is a separate 501C.

If the University is separating RCAF from the Foundation and making it a 501c3, as everyone and their distant cousin has learned, then the Executive Director will be hired by and report to the Executive Board of RCAF.
