This isn't scheme. We simply don't have the horses in the secondary. Our "soft zone" has allowed way too many big plays for this to be scheme related.

I agree with this. From what I'm seeing today this is a problem with personnel. Our guys look lost out there and are when they do get to the ball they are not wrapping up.

I do like the effort of our O-line! Opening holes and blocking well for TB. Receivers need to settle down and catch a ball. Cajun DLine is playing with a lot of effort also. If Dbacks played as well, we'd be a different team.
