AMEN-- Robe is way too impatient with his pitchers and position players--That is by far his biggest weakness--Not only does he not allow his players to get in a groove but his players start to look over their shoulder thinking if they go 0-10 in a series or have a couple of bad outings they will be buried on the bench--You CANNOT get the most out of your players with that style of coaching(especially young players)--His second biggest weakness is that he NEVER communicates with his players--When I say NEVER I mean NEVER--That is not a good trait if you are a leader/manager/CEO-- Overall I think Robe is an above average coach but he is far from being a great coach with those two glaring weaknesses

Unfortunately, I think you are spot on with your observations.

One question I forgot to post for snote to ask Coach Bab is, "When the pitchers feel that something is wrong with their mechanics, who do they go to for assistance?" I already know the answer, but I would like to hear what response Coach Bab would give.
