That's the NCAA RPI site. I would go with that one. Check where LSU is ranked on this, the latest RPI. I believe the top 16 get #1 seeds.
I noticed a few Sun Belt teams in the top 64. This doesn't mean much as there are a lot of teams with very low RPI's that will get into the top 64 as they win the automatic bid from their conference. I think there are 34 automatic bids. Mississippi Valley is past the 100 RPI, they won their conference, so they get an automatic bid.
Another interesting site, but probably not as accurate is the Warren Nolan site.

What is interesting about the Nolan site is that the NFCA uses Mr. Nolan to determine their RPI. But, remember it is not the NFCA, but the NCAA that does the schedule. Anyways, check out the conference RPI. Sun Belt is not too bad.
Also know that Scott Farmer is one of eight chairmen for the NCAA in the regional scheduling. He said he was a Chairman of four conferences when interviewed on Cox Sports TV.
There's a website called Ultimate College Softball (UCS) that has a forum where people are kind of giving their projections. It's obviously not very scientific and mostly fan-based. Most of them have UL going to Baton Rouge.
And LuLu, just know that the NCAA only uses the RPI as reference. It would be nice if they went by the RPI to do seeding, but they usually don't.
Here's the link to the discussion with the projections:

Yah, Bunch, I like the UCS site. Lots of really goofy people on it though. It, however, is informative, if you sift through the bull. For the most part, the messages are about the teams on the west coast, especially the Pac 10. There are some about the SEC, but I detect that the majority of the responders look down their noses about any team east of California.
.
It's definitely a West Coast based site. It seems like probably Arizona-based more than anything. Either the people on there love Arizona or absolutely hate them.
Gotta give that site credit though, for the most part they do give props to UL's program. I remember last year when everyone was doing predictions for regionals/Supers/WCWS, the Lady Cajuns were getting a lot of votes. I remember a couple of people picking UL in the WCWS from the outset.
