Apple’s partnership with U2 is having an immediate affect, although perhaps not as might be hoped, after customers began noticing that the band’s latest album had been uploaded to their accounts automatically. Some of the younger Apple folks don’t even appear to know who the Irish band are — sigh. The two heavyweights believe that their coming together can “transform the way music is listened to and viewed” — but the initial response seems to be confusion, judging on the reactions of many who have tweeted, and a post over at TechCrunch too. so there’s some glitch that automatically downloads...
