Juco recruiting: Good or bad?

_ Am i missing something on Bostick? Dudes hitting 248...if the SS is good why wouldn't we put Bostick on the bench? I am curious how he has produced? He has been good on D but hasn't hit anything. 248 0 HRs, not a great arm, clearly not a 3rd baseman.

We could use him as a late innings 2nd baseman for Greg next year....Maybe 248 is acceptable now, it wasn't when I played! _

Coach Trahan is on the road today and through the weekend looking to add a couple of JC bats for next season. He will not be coaching any of the Cajun games this week. We signed six arms early and a good SS with bat from JC.

The juco road is not the way to build and/or sustain a program in any d-1 sport. You have to build your program with high school athletes and fill gaps with juco players.

I would think that everybody's job is up for grabs. this team is not good enough to have entrenched starters. We need to upgrade the roster wherever we can.
