Twitter has announced its first mobile developer conference. Called Twitter Flight, the event takes on October 22 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, and will cost you $140. The day will start off with a keynote from Twitter CEO Dick Costolo, followed by a series of technical sessions.
