----Just wondering the HUD --Freeze connection----Did he lose to ARK ST one or two times?? Any love between the 2???
Boom, Hud lost to Freeze his first year here (2011) and Gus Malzhan in his second (2012). Last year was his first W against Arkansas State and the coach was Harsin. Wow, isn't amazing how they've been used as a stepping stone and still keep ol' mo rolling up there in Jonesboro. Gotta respect that.
As far as this weeks game, I'll play dumb to my prediction on another thread and go with:
Cayenne less Ragin' Cajuns : 14
Rebel The Black Bear's Ole Miss Rebels : 35

52-13 Ole Miss unfortunately. I don't see us turning it around that quick. More fire this time, but too much talent.
We do it every year. I fear you are correct. I'm really not trying to be negative as my expectations were somewhat tempered for this year compared to others here but I think we are staring a 7-5 season right in the face. Obviously, the irony here is that HUD could have his worst record this year with arguably his best team..
While there are similarities in this game and the Florida game, there's also a big difference in that game and this one and that is Florida was unanimously thought of as one of the most overrated teams that year and their final record showed it. They were horrible on offense but salty on defense. This Ole Miss team is better than that Florida team and I don't think its all that close. This Ole Miss team is explosive on offense and their defense is as talented as that Florida team and they will be very physical.
Ole miss 56
Louisiana 14
Really can't see us stopping them or scoring on them outside garbage time
I have a feeling this is going to be like the OK St. game.
we get destroyed, blown up, and embarrassed ..... 52-10 with many on our board still saying we belong in big 12 and La tech was a fluke
I'm doing what the Cajuns did last week, looking past this opponent. I want to be 2-2 after the two road games, we have little chance this week. We match up better with Boise.
Ole miss 49
Cajuns 16
Wait a minute. First, I don't remember anyone saying we belong in the big 12. If you've seen it, then show us with a link. We have people on here that hope we can one day get there and point to it as a goal for the entire Athletics program. That's a big difference. Secondly, one football game has nothing to do with what conference you can go to or belong to.
You are right about getting blown up and embarrassed though.
