I like this but I think we will have outscore them. Hud also figures we have nothing to lose so we get aggressive on D and that sets the tone for the year. A couple of short field scores helps us to the W.

UL pulls it out in a close hard played game and then goes on to beat Boise St as a warm up for conference play.

And then as the CAJUNS blow through EVERY Conference opponent, we blissfully forget all about that bump in the road from last week...

Here is the one reason I am optimistic about about Ole Miss. If you remember, in 2012 up started off strong and then lost to North Texas and Arkansas St. in back to back mid week games. Terrible losses I might add. We then went on to Monroe to beat a tough ULM team that year on the road. Pummeled them at their place. Then went to Gainseville and out played a top 10 team. Unfortunately we couldn't pull it out. I am hoping that's what it's like on Saturday. We just had a terrible loss at home to Tech. That should have never happened. Hopefully we can come out with some fire and play our tails off. Even if we don't get the win, we need to be competitive. I'll be at the game. At the beginning of the week I was embarrassed and almost didn't want to go. But now I am getting excited and hoping for something big. Hope to see a lot of Cajun fans out there. Geaux Cajuns!!
