_ You Civil Cajun TWIT!!!! If you don't think for one minute that Hawkins took his foot off the bag too early, then you need to go get your eyes checked by the same doctor that did Thad Griffens Eye Laser Surgery... I'm sure he'll have you seeing 20/20 just like Griffen is. I mean, can't you tell how well it has worked for Thad. Scott is very quick to remove his foot from the bag every time a ball is thrown his way and I am SHOCKED that there have not been many more SAFE calls do to it.

Doyle, you are right. Where I sit I can see down the first base line. The throw was a little high where as Scott had to reach up which caused his foot to come off the bag about 7-8 inches. After the catch he reached back and tag the bag but he was too late in the tag. How do I know this. Channel 3 camera man who was sitting in front of me caught it on tape and showed me the rerun.
