Yes if we get the monies in on time!! I am trying to get a time line from Gerald, but the sooner WE send in our money and get our buddies to do the same we will hit the $6500 mark and construction can begin, pending availability of the workers!!! Again, sooner the better!! I am shooting for the end of Feb. to have the money in and construction to follow as soon as possible.

This gives Gerald time also to get the Bus. to sponsor each gateway!!!

GENERATE MONEY!!! GERALD HEBERT WILL GET SPONSORS TO SPONSOR EACH GATEWAY AT $12,500 EACH FOR A TOTAL OF $50,000 FOR FOOTBALL RECRUITING EACH YEAR ON TOP OF UNIVERSITY MONEY AND OTHER RECRUITING MONIES BEING RAISED!!!

Last year 50th ranked by Rivals.com(with only $33,000 raised, this year we are over $70,000 as of last month, Gerald is the M A N!!!!!!

1) Swamp Gate is now over $2,000 raised of the $6,500 for the project that will bring in thru sponsors $50,000/yr for football recruiting!!!!! For donating info and other info goto Ragin Pagin.com and click any of DaddyCajuns post on the Swampgate icon!!!

2) Coburns here in Lafayette,(I am proud to say I bought ALL my Plumbing supplies from when I built my home 8yrs ago) has agreed to DONATE ALL FIXTURES---SHOWERS, URINALS, TOILETS ALL HIGH END TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCTS for the dressing and training room Expansion and Remodels to the tune $20+ thousand!!!!

3) Richard Chalmers a Texas A&M Grad Bought(Sponsor) (2) Rooms at $10,000 a Piece one for Big Leni and John Porc______!!

4) The Locker Sponsors are now up to 60 out of 110, Gerald said the X-Football Players are really STEPPING UP!!!!! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!!

5) Paul Foreman of UCI has agreed to update all Phone and Communication Systems throughout the Athletic Complex!!! New Phones, Intercoms and the like will be TOTALLY revamped and changed out!!!!

6) This Saturday and Sunday while we are at home resting Coach Bustle and Gerald Hebert will be at a small meeting with Mr. Phillip Burgeries(Co-Owner of the Houston Texans and former owner of Cameron Iron Works) who is having a Reception for them and 7-8 UL Boosters and a Bowl game!!! Gerald said this is the first of more meetings to come and this SMALL one should bring to UL $30,000 to $60,000 this weekend!!!!!!

7) The 1974(Gerald not sure if year is correct) UL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP WEIGHT LIFTING TEAM will raise $50,000(raised so far over $25,000) for the Doubling of the UL weight room naming rights!!!!

8) In memory of the late Bill "Black Jack" Landry, a group is half way to their goal to raise $20,000 for the naming of the training room!!

9) VOLUNTEERS get ready to paint as Gerald said in approx 6-8 weeks we will need help to expediate the construction!!!!! Will notify everyone when a firm date(s) has been set!!!!!!

10) New Orleans Hornets will come down POSSIBLY on Oct 21st(are definetly comming) to play in the Cajun Dome against Sacremento, Houston Rockets, or Timberwolves!!!! 2/3 to go to UL Athletics and 1/3 to Episcopal School of Acadiana!!!! THE WHOLE DEAL IS #(NOT)# DONE YET, BUT THE HORNETS ARE COMING TO PLAY NOT CHARGING A PENNY BUT THEIR OPPONET IS NOT FIRM YET!!!!!!
