I am glad anytime we win, but we gave up 15 hits. Not good.

I was at the game, and I have to say that pitching to contact philosophy really works. SFA contacted the c#@p out of the ball.

SFA definitely seemed better than their record. You could see they had more talent than a 13-20 team and that wasnt just based on our pitching.

Lackie did ok. Still just a true freshman so I'm definitely encouraged by what we've seen. He got into a little trouble in that 3 run inning.

Bulliard had his worst outing all year. I was surprised by that, but I hope he will get another shot later

Justin got hit some more but the defense got us out of it

I almost forgot about Cook. The last 3 or 4 innings we gave up a leadoff baserunner, but our defense and pitchers got us out of it. Those situations are big for confidence. Even though Cook gave up a few hits, I think he will start to come around

It was great to see Michael Cook with a good outing. Justin pitched pretty well when he got in a mini-jam.

UL seems to sometime have a way a making average teams look good.

You had to quote me and say something that I specifically mentioned as something that I dont believe. SFA looked better than their record and it wasnt due to poor pitching or hitting on our part. I'd still say they are average but their record, to me, shows a bad team.

SFA has an RPI of 208. I think we can postpone the parade, jmo.

What I saw last night was a battle between one average team (SFA) and one slightly above agerage team (UL).
