Has nobody stayed in New Orleans any other weekend? Especially for a saints home game?

I know you're being sarcastic, but if Hud were leaving, he likely wouldn't coach the bowl game and would already gone.

It's actually quite comical. I don't know if this is still the case, but I remember someone talking about a mandatory $2500 donation to TAF for the opportunity to buy season tickets at tiger stadium. For $2500, I get 5 season tickets, a bowl ticket, two nights in a hotel for the bowl and probably my beer tab for the season...

I've split Saints season tickets with a friend of mine for the last 4 - 5 years (we each get the tickets for 4 home games) and usually get a hotel for every home game I attend. I don't remember ever getting a room on a Saints weekend for under $200.00 a night.

    All things must past...George Harrison.
The NOLA Bowl has been good to us and we have been good to them but I really think it's time to part ways. Being careful to not pull a Tech we should only go to NOLA over the Mobile Bowl. With a 10:00 start I would imagine many folks from Acadiana will just head home. What other possible bowls would invite us? I know the Indy Bowl but that wouldn't exactly be my next choice.
