Well you know y'all are a bit thick headed, you seem to have missed the part where we beat a very awful TooLame team with a broken quarterback, and y'all got beat down by that bad TooLAME team. So this year will be different.........because Skippy says it will, and Dixon is healthy, and we replaced our quarterback with a p5 quarterback and, and, the Cajuns suck.

They were in the top 25 a couple of years ago, and played in the Poinsettia Bowl. I realize it's game week and the jabs are warranted, but we all know this is not McNeese or Nicholls we are playing this Saturday.

Be happy that it is not McNeese because as much as we like to hate on them, they always bring it strong in football!

Is it true that LTU@r is not allowed to have a live bulldog again until prophylactic procedures are in place to protect the pup from heat exposure. Thus the stuffed one. I was told it IS true, and they have the man in charge of accepting bowl invitations working on it, but he is waiting for a better protocol offer from Memphis, or Dallas.

Be happy that it is not McNeese because as much as we like to hate on them, they always bring it strong in football!

Give the 'Pokes their due, they have beaten us a lot more than we have beaten them. (I would note, however, the last time they beat us, they didn't bring it strong, but they got it strong before the game was over.)

I would like to see us open our home schedule every year alternating between SU & MSU. They bring good crowds.

And if either of them beat us, more power to 'em.

Tech has been a dreadful team and in a bad conference. We have nothing to gain and every thing to lose playing our little brothers. They aren't even going to bring a good sized crowd. We've already played one 1-AA team. Why one just above them? We donated to charity last year playing Tulane.

We are all the younger brothers of NWST, the first university of the ULS. Now LTU@r has a typical middle child syndrome, and of course we are the BIG brother but younger than both. We have some half brothers, McNeese, and Nicholls, SLU but they are from a different mom, and think we should honor her by being in their homes.

LTU@r may as well get used to the fact they are not first, and are not biggest, and soon will not be highest accredited.

That is for darn sure.....y'all are massively confident. I don't know what did it though, was it squeaking by NMST? Or barely beating a very mediocre Tulane team? Didn't Monroe campus beat you & South BAMA (didn't realize they had football).

I'm massively confident because Hudspeth is entering year 4 with recruits he and his staff recruited. We've had consistent collegiate coaching for every player's entire college football career. We're senior loaded, and we've got depth we've never had... ever... in the program's history. We are meeting Tech with no injuries to key personnel. We are playing at Cajun Field, in front of an overwhelming fan dominant audience.

Whether you think we've had lackluster wins or not... we had 9 wins. And for you (Tech) to belittle ULM is a big laugh. Do you think you would have beat ULM last year? We beat Tulane. You lost to Tulane. We lost to ULM... you never even attempted playing them... and you laugh? By the way, USA would have smashed you guys. You only beat teams that had a combined record of 4-44! And your conference was ranked below the SBC!

I've never brought up your loss to Oklahoma. But that is all you have to look at this year... and you've gloated over having "fought hard" and "covered the spread". We all know how good Oklahoma is. But do you really think they opened up this year with their full fire power against Tech? Add to the fact, you only showed signs of life late in the game, once Oklahoma pulled their starters.

You make the dumbest, silliest posts attempting to cut us down... and then you add "LMFAO" all the time.

I'm just glad this isn't the same old Tech BS we've had to endure for the past decade. We actually get to play ball this Saturday... and see who laughs at the end. I guarantee you that the Tech people sitting in the stands Saturday night are not going to be full of bravado.
