UL coach Rickey Bustle's smile and enthusiasm said it all.
Saturday's football scrimmage was declared a win-win situation by the head coach, as the defense dominated the first half before the offense finally got a little swagger in the second half as the team went through Day 11 of spring practice at Cajun Field.
"I really liked the enthusiasm that we played with, some passion," Bustle said. "I thought we missed that a little bit last Saturday (in the Cajuns' first scrimmage).
"I think a lot of that happens in your first scrimmage when you're thinking about a lot of things, trying to do things right. I thought today we came out and kind of let it loose."
