Is it me or does coach robe pull pitchers prematurely..I've seen it so many times.. the guy is doing his job, striking ppl out and all of a sudden he's pulled and most of the time the guy coming in is so cold he chokes. I don't know, like I said, I've seen it too many times. I respect the coach , but leave the guy in if he's doing ok.. sighhhhhh...

I agree about the come in cold part but I don't think he pulls them too early. Although I se your point if the relief isn't ready yet.

The way the batters were hitting in the 9th, the way they had the pitchers on the heels, I question the sacrifice bunt. I'm thinking go for the win not the tie on the road.

Baby Robe is our closer.... he just didnt get the job done....Turtle (Gawd I hate that SOB) would have faced the same question had we won... He removes a guy and brings in his closer with a 4 run lead.... Dude had not given up an earned run this year and we pounded him.....When you have a chance to win, you bring your closer in... again Baby Robe just didnt get it done... Now lets win the next 2

If you arent comfortable with any of them then you cant be comfortable with any of the other pitchers on the staff.
